We make changes to the website quite frequently and this can cause problems for members
when their web browser caches pages on their own computer. 

Browsers do this to speed up loading of pages but it seems that because the locally stored pages are different
to those on the actual website the browser rejects the password.

This website should prevent caching to ensure you only see the latest pages but occaisionaly the problem occurs.

Chrome and Firefox seem particularly prone to this and there are two possible solutions,
wait for the browser to catch up with reality, eventually it will, or you can clear the cached data.
