POC membership runs from the 1st of March to the end of February the following year

Join the POC in March - you will pay the standard rate for 12 months.
Join after March but during the early part of the membership year and the fee will reduce pro rata.
Join later in the year and the fee increases pro rata to extend your membership for the remaining months plus an additional 12 months.
